The primary goal of the Nebraska Baseball Academy is to help each athlete develop a positive mental attitude about themselves and the game of baseball. Our focused instruction provides campers with sound fundamentals, disciplined work habits, drill work for personal work, and a passion for the game. Our personalized approach helps build confidence. We want our athletes to confidently approach their next challenge and help them contribute to their personal goals and those set by their coaches and team.

This camp is designed for catchers and pitchers. During this camp you will learn proper blocking along with throwing and receiving techniques while preparing for game situations (bunts, pop ups and tag plays). This camp is open to 7 year olds through high school seniors. Participants will be required to bring their own catching gear.

The Husker Classic Team Camp is open to teams with players wishing to advance as a collegiate baseball student-athlete. This team exposure camp allows teams and individual players to get feedback from the Nebraska Baseball coaching staff. Instruction will be given in the areas of hitting, pitching and defensive fundamentals. Teams and coaches are also invited to a University of Nebraska Baseball practice during the Fall Husker Classic Team Camp. Teams will be provided information regarding the Academic and Eligibility Requirements of the NCAA.

The Fall League is a mini-season experience. The purpose of the Fall League is to provide the participants an opportunity to continue to improve their overall baseball skills and development in the fall. It provides participants with more innings, extra repetitions, extra at bats and a chance to play other positions and improve basic fundamentals. Teams are encouraged to register; individuals who register will be assigned to a roster based on age level. Coaches and/or parents are encouraged to volunteer for open coaching positions and also will benefit by learning the Nebraska way to play the game of baseball. The League runs for 5 weeks on Sundays and will include one weekday evening session for Skill Instruction. All games will include umpires and will be held at various fields throughout the City of Lincoln and area communities. Age levels for this League are 9/10; 11/12; 13/14; and 15 - high school seniors. The Fall League also features on-field instruction by the Nebraska Baseball Academy staff during teachable moments to ensure the maximum learning potential. Improve your team. Improve your game.

Fall League Game Rules
This is a 4-week class, meeting twice a week for 75 minutes each night (10 hours of total instruction).Train with the Nebraska Baseball Strength & Conditioning Staff and Nebraska Baseball Staff. Brandon Rigoni and Nate Thompson will train participants over a four-week session. This camp will focus on overall speed, overall agility and baseball specific training for arm strength and core strength. Plan to work hard. All skills levels are welcome.

This camp is designed for young men ages 7 through high school seniors who want to hone their skills as an infielder. The camp will consist of infield drills that the University of Nebraska baseball program uses. Each camper will learn these drills and acquire skills that teach proper footwork, throwing mechanics, glove handling and other elements vital to the success of an infielder.

Our Nebraska Baseball Academy Staff is dedicated to putting together a camp schedule that will help the youth become better baseball players.
